This is a picture of the old rusted frame and the new cover.  This is available through any major Model T parts vendors. I got this from Lang's and the part number is 50537BO and is a visor kit for an original 1923-27.  Cost was a nominal $14.95.  It consists of a piece of the cobra-grain pleather top material with sewn sides.

The cover is much smaller than the frame and you have to stretch it on the frame.
