Extracting the Rear Bearing

To remove the rear bearing, take a small wire with a hook on one end, pry between the axle and the inner diameter bearing race, and pull outwards.  The bearing should pop out.  Place in a tank of cleaner.  Examine the bearing for any signs of failure, and replace if necessary.  Bearings are about $10.00 each and available through many dealers.
