In (Figure 4), we have removed the oily mess, and see a cracked radius rod.  See the radius rod repair section on how to fix that.  Now, check the brake cam.  If it is worn, spend the $8.00 - $10.00 each to replace and if the bushing is worn, replace that also.  Don't forget to order new pins to put back together.
