After cleaning up the brake drum, and replacing all bolts, remember to put a dimple in the threads, so the nuts would unscrew while you're driving, and destroy your hub.

Before finally replacing the wheel on the axle, align the axle so the keyway is top dead center (12 o'clock).  This makes it easier to put the wheel on.  Insert the long woodruff key into the axle.  Aligh the wheel and push on.  Place the washer and nut on, and tighten the nut until the wheel spins freely, yet not binding.    Insert the cotter pin through the castleated nut, and replace the bearing cap.
