Locating Tool Button through Grease Cup Hole

You insert the extraction tool by eyeballing the alignment with the grease cup hole.  After the button slips in the hole of the sleeve, insert a rod or drive in the outboard end of the tool.  Using a twisting and pulling motion, start extracting the sleeve.  The sleeve is NOT threaded, so you can twist either way.  You will notice a hoseclamp placed loosely on the extraction tool.  This is to clamp around the sleeve, prior to extraction all the way from the axle housing.  It will aid in the reassembly of the bearing sleeve.
